Let Your Love Flow became one of many of the Bellamy Brothers hit songs. This one reached #1 on the Pop charts in 1976. David Bellamy had written a hit a few years earlier for Jim Stafford called Spiders & Snakes and that break brought the brothers to California to live and work with Stafford. 

Thru that connection they met Neil Diamonds drummer who thought the song would be a great song for Howard and David. Both Neil Diamond and Johnny Rivers had both passed on the song. The song became an International smash hit.

A Brief Bellamy Brothers History

Howard and David Belllamy, known as The Bellamy Brothers have been in the music business since the late 1970's. They have more than 20 #1 hits to their credit. Some of those hits are on this page.

Both of the brothers play guitar mandolin and banjo, while David also plays fiddle and piano.

David's two sons, Jessie and Noah are also in the music business.

Only two acts have made it into the German Country Music Hall of Fame and that is Johnny Cash and The Bellamy Brothers.
